Bella would fit perfectly in the Underworld! And she would totally straighten Hades out. Or fall in love with him. I'm thinking the latter... You know me too well! Heck yes I'd straighten him out! Eh, the Underoworld ain't terrible. But it does need a skylight. Yes, characterization is difficult. I think the hair does get burning hot, but I'll have to think about it. It might be magical........

Yeah...I just was thinking about it yesterday, and I never had before. I think it would be AWESOME if it was Ice Cold, and then turned Burning Hot. It would add a cool effect to the character of Hades...and it really would suit him!

I do know that you love Hades though, so that was just me knowing how you'd react. lol. Characterization is annoying and challenging. I won't get better at it, until I try and practice though. I have no idea about Hades' hair. Personally, I think that the blue flame is normal temperature or something and then when he gets mad it turns red and burning.

Yup. But that'll change! We'll keep PMing and e-mailing and change that. It's funny how we're thinking so deeply about the temperature of Hades' hair...

YAY! Emails and PMs! YES!
I know, but when you think about it, his hair is quite interesting.
I read in an interview that the artist who came up with Hades' character design had no idea what to do. One day he was sitting in his basement, completely out of all possible ideas. Then he noticed a pilot light with the blue flame and said, "That's my villain!" Hence the Hades we all know and love to hate, or hate to love.

I know that normally, blue fire is hotter then normal fire...but this is Hades. He's not necessarily "normal". So it makes one ponder how it might go.

Maybe the blue fire is cold, icy. That would be cool to pair the hot red with the cold blue.

Yep. Blue is cold, red is hot, and by hot we mean "watch out you're gonna get third degree burns-hot." I don't know of the blue flame is icy, but it is on the cold side, mabe cool.
