Well, this movie and I have had an interesting relationship (as you well know, Natalie...) It is the first Disney movie that got me even remotely interested in nature and it also showed me sometimes life doesn't always live in happily ever after; that sometimes sacrifices must be made for the greater good. Although this movie isn't considered a Disney "Renaissance" masterpiece, it is number three on my top four Disney movies... It's good.

I LOVE the deleted song. It is my favorite part of the movie. It makes the ending so much more dramatic. I love the love story, it makes me melt. Don't talk to me about Pocahontas 2...don't go there...

I loved Pocahontas' tatoo. I'm not sure why, it's just something I really admired. It's unique of her to have a tatoo since no other heroine does, besides the newly added Kida. Pretty interesting...

I also like her mother's necklace. And John Smith is vavavavoom! He's so good looking!

I loved this movie so much when it came out! Now that I am older, I nearly cry when I watch it. Lust like in Titanic with the iceberg, I think "Maybe she'll go with him..." at the end of the movie.

"LUST" eh Lisa...Hehehehe...Just teasing you and your little error there. I agree, I always wish that Pocahontas would just go with him.

I thikn the ending makes the story very realistic. You know? Kinda like, not everything in life ends how you want it. Sometimes sacrifices must be made.
